Meet Molly Hubbard, Co-founder and Consultant at NEST Hiring Solutions. Molly plays a pivotal role in the vision behind NEST’s training programs and talent solution strategies. With almost a decade of leadership and hands-on professional insurance recruiting experience, Molly’s passion for excellence and unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier talent solutions have made her a strategic partner in elevating clients’ teams to new heights.
Prior to co-founding NEST Hiring Solutions, Molly served as a Territory Recruiting Consultant at Aflac, where she led recruiter and hiring manager training and development programs, designed and implemented large-scale recruiting initiatives, and provided strategic talent acquisition guidance to sales leadership. Her previous roles at Aflac spanned all areas of talent acquisition, arming her with the critical skills, experience and insights to deliver unparalleled recruitment solutions.
Molly graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She resides in New York with her partner, Jason and their dog, Remington, and in her spare time enjoys snowboarding, cycling and spending time with family and friends.
With nearly 2 decades of experience in the insurance industry, Sarah Cady, Co-founder and Consultant at NEST Hiring Solutions, has carved a niche as a seasoned professional with an emphasis on providing recruiting strategy and coaching sales leaders to aid in the growth of their agency.
Sarah has a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence and she continues to leave an indelible mark on the industry, contributing to the growth and success of both individuals and the organizations she has served.
She also extends her reach to mentoring sales leaders, equipping them with strategies to nurture and amplify the potential of their teams. Guiding the growth and development of sales leaders is not just a mission; it is a testament to her commitment to excellence in every facet of the insurance landscape.
Sarah graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. She currently resides in Central Florida with her husband and two kids. In her free time, she enjoys family bike rides, game night and relaxing by the water.
